Netflix learned what to do prior to releasing one of these remakes and how much PR and fan reachout matters in these cases. Don't get me wrong. I doubt they changed anything based off fan input. They just built rapport and hype where it mattered to get public opinion in a positive direction before releasing. Smart but god damn this probably means even more unnecessary B-list remakes are going to be in the works. Anyways, these were just random thoughts I was having while not able to sleep.
