Biggest thing you need to worry about is iron, its fairly easy to become anemic, next is to make sure youre getting enough protein.

nobodys diet needs meat, its just meat provides a relatively easy source of nutrients.

my son hates the concept of killing and has been a voluntary vegetarian since he was 3 years old and had an understanding of what meat actually is, so weve been working with his doctor to get a healthy diet going, his doctor really just wanted to make sure he got an iron supplement/multivitamin and ate proteins. Cheese, nuts, yoghurt, tofu etc honestly the world would be much better off if more people decided to eat at the very least less meat.

have you heard about the parasite some ticks now give humans? Its fascinating, but some ticks now can infect humans with a disease that makes them allergic to red meat fascinating really, and there is no cure/no other known negative effects, just if you get it and eat red meat, you get incredibly sick.
