You technically get the same amount of content (online multiplayer + two dozen free games a year) and it's up to you whether you think the Xbox catalogue is better than the PlayStation catalogue. Game Pass Ultimate and PS Plus Premium cost the same ($160/yr) but Game Pass Ultimate is a much better deal as you get a ton of more games, access to EA Play and some other subscriptions.
