Senior = Longest time with the company or negotiated a higher pay than their coworkers Continuous Improvement = Engineer role focused on improving efficiency Manager = More responsibility than others or a BS role used to extract more labor out of an employee Really the only issue is the middle section if you're not familiar with engineering or kaizen, lean, six sigma, etc. --- There are some things where I just bypass critical thinking. - ROD ...
