i live alone and cook for one so sometimes its hard to finish vegetables before they go bad which sometimes dissuades me from buying them at the store (in the gigantic portion sizes they tend to sell)

I also struggle with making/remembering side dishes in general so whatever I buy goes into the main dishes I'm planning on making. Then I'll get stuff like carrots and celery and have them once or twice and forget about them until they go bad. Definitely struggle with the fruits and veggies but I try.

Though I did get a blender during prime day so hopefully that'll help me in making some more fruit smoothies and stuff. Maybe some veggie drinks too I dunno.
