Anyway,

Well Leonard getting penny always came across as more nerd wish fulfillment especially in the early seasons when she has pity sex with him and stuff, so they don't have the best chemistry although the show does joke about it and him "wearing her down"

With Howard I wouldn't say he was good at the start so much, the whole point of why he's the best character is because he has the most improved growth during the show's run, from an annoying creep to a likable, responsible husband and father and even astronaut.

I mostly like Sheldon and Amy, its always funny to go back and see how the writers tried to get work out her character's personality from just "female Sheldon" to another smart scientist with her own quirks.

What they do with raj throughout the show's run borders on downright racist but I did a topic on that few months back.
