Reminds me of the time we hired a guy who had bipolar but didnt disclose it. When we interviewed him it was during his high mode so he was very optimistic, energetic. 4 weeks into the bit he went into his depressed mode. He got up from his desk one day and just went up to everyone around him saying how **** of a worker they are and how nobody helps him. He almost hit a guy in the back of the head but luckily we were able to subdue him and had to fire him on the spot.
