What about clover honey?
Since honey is made from the nectar of the flowers, rather than the plant itself, it contains very little coumarin or isoflavones, so it should be perfectly safe to eat even if you are on blood thinners or other medicines with restrictions. The main concern would be the sugar content, which has a glycemic index only very slightly lower than table sugar.
