Unless you're eating in the next 10 minutes most sauces will start fucking up your pasta, to say nothing of storing leftovers. You can ice bath most pastas and them sprinkle a little olive oil on them to keep them fresh for days without impacting the quality. --- If it was about babies we'd have universal maternal care.
