Tonight I leveled Blu, geared it, grabbed a few spells, and melded my gear with the aide of this site: https://www.akhmorning.com/allagan-studies/stats/#player-stats-overview. At level 80, 2.42 casting time with a fair amount of Crit, Det, and DH before diminishing returns set in hard for them.
