papercup 07/18/23 4:16:36 PM #338:	Got BLU to 80, something like 20 new BLU spells, already got all of them, you do NOT need to complete the class quests to get the new Whalaqee totmes, you get the artifact set before the new Carnivale mission opens up. I tried the Carnivale for a bit. Got through phase 1.
