I didn't know Marvel's penchant for constant relaunches and renumbering is solely due to Kamala. The more you know. Are you going to argue Miles Morales is also a disliked character? He was a part of Champions and he didn't end up saving it from cancellation

Let's see what other teams she was on. There's Avengers (not cancelled), Young Avengers (ended on the creative team's terms), Champions (cancelled), Secret Warriors (cancelled) and New Avengers (ended its run). So that's 2 out of 5 team books that were full on cancelled.

Yeah, Kamala must've been a main contributor to the poor sales. It couldn't be the mindnumbing gameplay, myriad of glitches upon launch, ridiculous pricing of costumes, lack of actual Marvel NPCs, locations, enemies,...
