Topic	How many hours of sleep do you get every night?

My shift either starts at 5 AM or 6 AM and I wake up early to workout before work because it's too hard to find time after work with two kids at home. It would be nice to adjust when I go to sleep based on whether I'm starting at 5 or 6, but not really feasible. Oh and then there are the nights where I get like 3-4 because we get called in to plow snow in the middle of the night, but that doesn't screw my schedule up much, just means I can't run those mornings. <cite>hockey7318 posted [p:974828819] in How many h...
