| MaxGalactica 07/08/23 4:08:10 PM #41: | Pretty tough match to decide on. Arlosa Mine has an excellent soundscape, and Back in Time is so catchy and well-made. I think Arlosa gets the edge here for the uniqueness factor. Festival of Dionysus is pretty easily my favorite track of the day. Love the instrumentation and the overall structure of the piece. And of course it's up against the alto sax masterclass. Rough having to vote against Dolphin Shoals here. Then the bracket decides to put Sayonara next to make today even better. The somewhat odd parts in phase 2 don't even really phase me that much anymore. Fantastic song. Also, very unfortunate that Azure Sword showed up today, because I like that song quite a bit too, but it doesn't stand up to everything else today. Two ridiculously good days in a row.
