For me, Snakes on a Plane is one of those films where it's fun in the moment, but the reality of it may not compare to your imagination when you hear the title.

Yeah, you think it's going to be even more over-the-top than it ultimately is, but it's still silly fun. And that's what matters here.

I will say that was a fun one to be working in a movie theater for. We would just yell "Snakes on a plane" across the lobby from time to time. We'd get a laugh whenever someone asked what the movie was about. And I even took home the movie poster because it was fun.

Part of how I rate movies is based on what they set out to do. If this was meant to be a serious action thriller, I would have given it a 3. But it wasn't meant to be taken seriously. Samuel L. Jackson was aware of this - he was having fun.

And you were, too, it sounds. That movie theater running joke sounds hilarious. And, well, ppl r dum, so even with an obvious title, they ask what it's about. It's about the same kind of obvious as "Do you work here?"
