Topic	I have to face my fears AGAIN and fly a plane next week.
ZT6 07/02/23 2:38:31 PM #20:	I always got super anxious flying and then when I got diagnosed with ADHD I found that my meds helped a lot. Now I just take them and I feel relaxed and perfectly content.
