Now you're talking about hairstyles that were popular 7 years ago. Like, you're using Tumblr as a reference as if it's in any way a relevant site in 2023, and these days you're much, much more likely to see a girl with an actual buzz cut than the side buzzcut.

Changing hairstyles in comic books is just about updating the character for modern audiences, and 7-8 years ago buzzing one side of your hair was the go-to edgy cool girl haircut. It's not feminism, it's just fashion.
