The way people STILL get worked up about Anita Sarkeesian, you'd think she was some kind of feminist provocateur with an angry, anti patriarchal message or something. It's almost shocking to look back at her old videos and see how much they're just middle of the road takes, politely delivered, pointing out the most obvious examples of sexism in gaming that everyone already knows about. She was some milquetoast feminist commentator, who said to her viewers, how about you donate money and I'll give some milquetoast commentary on games, but somehow she was a "con artist" or a "grifter" when she did exactly what she promised. And now people are calling her milquetoast feminist videos--that always started with a disclaimer that she wasn't condemning the whole gaming industry, and always ended by pointing out exceptions that she thought were positive examples--"epic trolling"? Give me a fucking break!

It's wild that someone so inoffensive and mild was able to get so much anger that over a decade later some people still aren't over it. Gamers are indeed fragile.

And who are you, my little friend? Not a spoon... not a fork... but something in between. A fpoon. What will you think of next, Germany?
