Topic	So many degenerates in society

I was watching so many old movies and documentaries during the 70s and 80s and even 90s. And this was during the crack epidemic. If you're blaming the afflicted instead of the society that either shows apathy in this area or outright obstructs attempts to get these people help, then you have no place to lecture others about degeneracy. It's also stupid AF to claim weight issues, ink, or piercings make a person degenerate.
