Well they can/should charge what the market will bear. If they can't find a business model that works paying servers a living wage, fuck em. Competition is stiff in that industry so I don't expect much room to raise prices without the need.

I'll even go a step further, we should stop subsidizing meat production and subsidize healthy produce & grains (not corn fuck you HFCS producers) as to encourage healthier, CHEAPER, MUCH MUCH FUCKING CHEAPER options.
When you don't have a whole system that's insane, you can get like, 5 high quality tacos for like a buck.

Yes this would have an immediate negative downs stream affect for industries that rely on unnaturally cheap meat, but the market would eventually correct itself.
