Ehhh, while I'm pleased as punch that he's finally paying off my cautious optimism by showing his ass on the national stage, I doubt Florida will be rid of him anytime soon. He won a resounding reelection victory in 2022 in spite of the Red Puddle occurring across the rest of the country (in stark contrast to him just barely winning election in 2018), and Florida Democrats are both inept and flat-broke. His current blunders on anti-immigration and spatting with Disney will most certainly bite both him and the state as a whole in the ass, but while he only has a year or so to sell himself as a presidential candidate, he has 3 and a half years left for Floridians to warm back up to him.
