According to this, C6 Dan Heng outperforms a C0 Seele and a C6 Hook is roughly on par, but C6 Sushang is far behind. C0 Himeko and Jing Yuan both lose to C6 Serval and Sampo in AOE, but Herta is trash. So basically "it depends" And it's harder to C6 4 stars than you might think, there's rate ups but no guarantee on them so it's down to luck or the shop if the character you want is in there --- I definitely did not forget to put the 2020 GOTD Guru winner, azuarc in my sig! ...
