Nah, I get why she's good just from looking at her kit.

She takes your best offensive person, buffs them and makes them deal additional lightning damage on their own attacks. Then also essentially makes them attack again on her turn too (granted at reduced attack)

She's essentially replicating your best attacker and also making them deal lightning damage. So you can have someone like Seele dealing both Quantum and Lightning damage. That's pretty OP on paper at least.
