Guess Ill pull to the 50/50 on Luocha and then re-evaluate? Itd be cool to get my Qingque from E4 to E6, and IIRC shes on his banner. Trying to get decent relics for Silver Wolf is painful. The set that drops with the Quantum one sucks. Maybe I should just settle for the Musketeer set.
