Non military people think, from, movies and games like Doom, that marines are unstoppable warriors On the flip side they also think that anything that isnt an elite is cannon fodder. Which they arent. Im sure training standards differ between countries but usually someone with military training should not be messed with whether theyre elite or not. Also Id rephrase that to uneducated people, not non-military. Im a non-military person but I value educating myself.
