I went through this list and going by my estimates, 67 of these games are published by Nintendo, 20 of them are ports, and 5 aren't really even games.

For the remaining 68 games, an obvious case could be made on why they can't be on other platforms, like the Mario + Rabbids games, or if something requires the Switches Joycon control scheme. However, I cannot think of any other technical reason on why the rest of these games cannot be brought to other platforms. We can really only speculate on why these games are stuck on Switch, but it's pretty easy to figure out why some games come out for all of the other platforms and not the Switch.
