At the end of the day, nepotism is actually quite easy to avoid through laws (For government employment) and union/worker empowerment (For private industries). Not really. Nepositism can certainly be addressed, but at its core nepositism is unavoidable even if it's merely a tiebreaker. And we're talking about message board posting.
