I fell through the ground like that quite a few times throughout the game. I saw a glitch of some guy accidentally falling out of bounds and getting stuck there. There was another where I had a door shut with me on the wrong side I think, but I can't remember the details. I'm thankful I didn't have any of that. --- You punched me in the boob!
