I guess enfeebling means stat down then? Also, the warrior ability Enervating Slash cancels positive status effects, but when Ive tried to use it against stat up, it fails to cancel it. Maybe this one is only positive effects, but I cant think of any positive effects that arent stat up that Ive seen an enemy do.
