True story. I was walking one day when a big truck passed me and a log fell off and landed right in front of me. My brother and mines reaction was basically had we left literally 3 seconds early we coulda been dead.

Not an uncommon occurrence. I grew up in a heavily forested area with logging areas nearby and everyone knew that you never drove right behind the logging trucks unless you were about to pass them.

Although in the above picture, I suspect it has more to do with the fact that loaded trucks take approximately three hours to get up to speed after being stopped at a light.
