I went all the way to the boss when I began the game as I was exploring but couldn't beat it because my weapons sucked. ctesjbuvf posted... I found him ~~Standing basically on the road if you began going northwest towards Rito Village after doing the main quests around Lookout Landing.~~ After upgrading inventory I think twice he said ~~he'd go east and he's been standing in Lookout Landing since.~~ Yep then it's random. ~~I found him on a mountain getting attacked by bokoblins.
