Neither admin was smart enough to combat user loss. They were only trained in their duties (community management, web development).

You could say Allen was paid the big salary so we wouldn't lose all our users, but it would have taken more than one or a few people to combat such a big loss. They needed to make video FAQs and quickly adapt the message boards to current standards.

I heard that one of the big draws for having an archived forum like 261 is to get ad flow from Google searches.
