Topic | Mom Of Teen In Citi Bike Video Speaks Out: 'No One Bothered To Get Son's Story' |
A_Good_Boy 05/27/23 4:23:04 PM #370: | gmanthebest posted... The receipt literally says he stopped renting the bike at 7:19. It's not his bike. There's no cooldown period for renting, so he could have rented it again immediately after, but he didn't. So no matter how you want to spin it, it wasn't his bike. So unless he's about to hop on it (which we have 0 proof of besides from the testimony of people who have every reason to lie), it was her bike. Like I've said before, if video get released and he's about to hop on and she takes it, she's in the wrong. If they're not immediately nearby, he's in the wrong. I just feel that her version is more believable, but I'm willing to admit I'm wrong if the teen is proven rightIf the receipt suggests that since he stopped renting the bike at 7:19 it was no longer his then her receipt that shows she stopped using it at 7:24 suggests it's no longer hers either. He rented the bike again at 7:25 and she rented a completely different bike at 7:26. Since your logic is incredibly consistent and the only thing we need concern ourselves with is receipts and absolutely nothing else, then the bike is his, not hers, and you have no need to continue arguing. --- Who is?
