The amount of time doesn't really matter, especially since the confrontation was literally him refusing to allow someone else to rent an unclaimed bike for half an hour instead of just tell her she's an asshole and get a different bike.

But where are you getting 30 minutes from? And where are you getting that the bike was unclaimed?

The timestamps from the video and from her unredacted receipts directly disprove those claims, along with the rest of her account. She says that the e-bike was unattended when she rented it, that she rolled it out of the docking station before they confronted her, and that they re-docked it while she was on it.

Her receipts establish that she rented the bike from 7:24 to 7:25. But the problem is that the video also starts from 7:24. It shows that the teens were already with the bikes, that they were already at the docking station, and that they didn't re-dock the bike while she was on it.
