If they were relying on your strategy, why wasn't Comrie charged when she rented the e-bike at 7:24? And why wasn't he charged at 7:25? There were still other bikes available at the station, and Comrie didn't rent one of those until 7:26. And if those were all e-bikes too, then why did Comrie want one of the teens' e-bikes in particular? Your theory never made sense.

It's possible to abuse the system, but they weren't doing that here.

We don't know what plan Comrie has. So it's complete speculation.

I didn't say the Bike Angel points applied to the bike unlock. I said the savings would show the bike unlock savings because it's supposed to be free, as well as a discount from .26 to .06, and the tax.
