No, it doesn't. E-bikes are not eligible for that unless it meets the conditions I mentioned, which requires work to achieve.

They also allow renting the same bike consecutively after docking it. And they temporarily implemented a waiting period of a few minutes, to avoid overcharging these customers.
They removed the waiting period a while ago. Still doesn't apply to e-bikes. A free e-bike is a one time courtesy in case there are no regular bikes. You game it by doing the steps I described.
