NOWHERE does it say the E-bikes become free if there arent any classic bikes on the docks. Where are you pulling that from? Seems like e-bikes are 6/minute (on the membership youre claiming is free) and then 17/minute after 45 minutes. I continue to have no clue what the fuck youre on about.
