Returning a bike to not pay for higher things is in fact something I've seen people do with even the scooters in my city. So I'm gonna say a hard "no" on that one. This next part isn't even a complete thought to be honest.

And a big no-no is that if a person still actively had their hands on it, you don't take things away from people. The fact that there were multiple bikes that could be used changes literally everything about it. Regardless, that doesn't excuse screaming and hollering like she did. Pregnant or not. Being pregnant doesn't give you the right to be a douche.

She had a dude holding her back from leaving on the bike and she called out for help. She wasnt screaming rape. We have two attendants that route through our city probably hourly. It's not wild to be shouting out for help from one of those guys as opposed to handling it yourself at 6 months pregnant.

Trying to keep an available electric bike that you have have returned and are no longer renting from a pregnant woman and expecting her to say cool and hop on another is the EXTREMELY CLEAR douche move here. Yeah shes pregnant and going to work as a nurse, but, oh man, he really wanted the fancy one. Yeah, I'd advise you probably just want to keep basic human courtesy out of the discussion when you're breaking the golden rule with a pregnant chick.

Nah, it's an action that makes sense for anyone that doesn't want to pay more for something. The same way that people will park in various spots in a city to avoid eating as much of a price for parking because it's a bit expensive.

Not an apt comparison. Theres one party, no cost, no business arrangement, no physically restraining of a pregnant to get a fancier bike.....

The whole thing is stupid, arguments over ownership in events like this happen. The only reason it blew up is because of this woman's ridiculous antics.
