Several Republican organizers - not aligned w/Trump or DeSantis - have suggested he has some kind of social anxiety. He puts bike racks between himself and crowds. He stands in corners when he's the guest of honor. If everything on the dais isn't exactly as requested he or his staff throws a hissy fit. That's not gonna play well long term.
