i don't know how bad the grind is in totk but i agree with you right back about the idea in general. player time is worth more than their money.

Why are glitches like this in a single player game patched so fast? Duping doesn't hurt anyone.

i'd say it hurts both experiences in the same way -- it represents the most effective way to play. tell me how it isn't a mistake to play the game normally once you know how to dupe.

this is coming from someone who invades in elden ring and has indeed dealt with gank squads with duped bullshit -- uplifting aromatics, starlight shards, miquella's branches. i am fighting them 3v1 and i don't think my experience is hurt by that. i think theirs is. they never get to really learn.
