1. Someone opens the app and wants a ride, drivers bid on it.
2. Winning bid gets the gig
3. Driver pays the app that fee, and pockets the rest - maybe a transaction fee of a few percent, if the app also handles the payments from rider to driver.
Now, where's my goddamn venture capital?
99 cents a bid like those totally legitimate auction sites.
