cool, what a good take. Hey guess what, the bikes are public. That means anyone can take them. That includes the kid here, not just the pregnant woman. He already had it in his possession.

If I walk up to a docked bike and put a hand on it, and then you run up, push me out of the way, and scan the code so its yours, do you think thats somehow justified because its a public bike?
