Obviously this dude wasnt out here thugging like the other half wants to believe, but he was completely undeniably in the wrong in this situation. He was gaming the return system that's designed to encourage the flow of bikes and availability. It's a simple case of wanting to have your cake and eat it too. Dudes not evil, hes 17 and kinda dim.
