The fact is that the guy's ride ended at 7:19 PM, making it available for anyone to use, and by 7:24 PM, Comrie had rented it and at 7:25 PM they clearly forced her to dock it to end her ride.

They released ALL theirs receipts for the day and it shows they were gaming the system for almost 6 hours and had tons of downtime in between. The bikes are public. You can't just call dibs without paying.

Lol their story does show they weren't just shitty teens as you described and were actually the ones stealing the bike from her. Them giving their account is just as credible as the lawyer giving her account in a released statement

Which is why verifying with the company is key to all this.....not just some extra step....or unimportant because a group of poster here think so...

She will have to bring her suit in court suing all those that wronged her maybe to obtain this. But given the new development from his statement it's highly in doubt she would be successful now in bringing any suits.

So mostly likely the lawyer will advise her not to leaving this whole situation in doubt.
