Scanning it even after this was explained to her is an asshole move, so I don't really fault them for taking an equally assholish route of forcing it back into the station. But what most people are taking issue with is her attempt to escalate this matter to a level that literally put these people in danger over what was essentially just a fairly minor disagreement ...
