The southern part of the state is lately getting too hot, its incredibly populous and impossible to drive around in. The Bay Area is wholly unaffordable even for households making 3x national media. and even more congested. Homeless problem is bad across the state. The topic says if you had all the money in the world. Parts of California have the best weather in the country, the world even.
