I still have a handful of shows to finish from Winter, and then I missed the entire Spring season so I've got some catching up to do. To start with, I finished Bofuri S2. It's always a fun show, and I enjoy watching Maple keep stumbling into ways to break the VRMMO. Still, I thought the second season wasn't as good as the first. The last few episodes especially were pretty much just a montage of everyone using their super-abilities over and over to bash boss monsters. My favorite thing about Bofuri was the sense of discovery as Maple gained new powers, and that really wasn't focused on much this season. Still, like I said, it's still a fun show. S2 just didn't elevate it to new heights Agreed. The show seemed to misunderstand what made the show so much fun.
