That's not how I'm interpreting that chart. Pokemon Bank locked you out of transferring Pokemon back to XY if they had been in SMUSUM even if they didn't originate in those games. Yes, the actual press release stated that. Backwards compatibility isn't included for Let's Go for some reason, but as the example Pokemon gave, a Pikachu caught in S/V can be sent to Sw/Sh, BD/SP, or Arceus. It just has to be a Pokemon that was available in those games.
