Bard would be an easy pick. High charisma, high intelligence, ability to influence others, a natural born leader, and generally not front and center in combat.

Druid would probably be the next best option for natural flight once you get your wild shape trained up.
That isn't how it works. Bards want the character to have high CHA (INT is a dump stat for bards, so it doesn't apply), but that doesn't mean that they have them. You can have a low CHA bard just fine, and if anything this just means that if you were chucked into another world you wouldn't just isekai into being OP: you'd have your innate stats but with the bonuses granted from the class (which are not statistical in nature. The others are also entirely up to you and not the class: *anyone* can influence others, *anyone* can be a born leader. It's up to the person doing the RP. Also, Bards can very much be in the center of combat. It depends on specialization.

And either Wizard or Druid. It depends on how moving into the world would be with respect to metagaming potentials. Wizard would have the potential to be better, but it depends on the magical literacy of where one appeared as to how much shenanigans one could get up to.
