Punishing: Gray Raven's PC client has been officially launched today! You can get it at the game's official website. https://pgr.kurogame.net/

Some people are reporting issues launching the game. If that happens to you, try adding pgr.exe to Steam as a non-Steam game and see if that works.

Edit: Okay, I got rid of the beta client, downloaded the fresh one, set it up, and played it for a few minutes. No issues for me so far. The launcher will keep the game from launching right after you start it as it checks the files but that finishes in a minute or so and you'll be good to start the game after that. You can also set the launcher to start after the computer boots to speed that up if you want. YMMV.

Q: When I launch or run the game, it crashes with the following information.
A:
  1. Find PGR.exe in the installation directory.
  2. Right-click on the icon and select properties from the pop-up menu
  3. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" in the Compatibility tab, then choose 'Windows 8' from the drop-down menu.
Q: When I download the game, the progress gets stuck in "Checking the local files".
A:
1. It's most possibly caused by your network condition. Please check and restore your network settings, including VPN, proxy, and host files.
2. Please try rebooting the computer.

Q: I have other questions about entering the game.
A: Please send us the game log to our customer support by email as an attachment.
